The team at our practice consists of two TCM specialists (one of whom is female) and four assistants. Languages:German, English, Japanese und Chinese. Our TCM specialists are registered with health insurance companies and recognised by them for complementary or alternative medicine supplementary insurance.

2005 Doctorate at Juntendo University in Tokyo, Japan.
Working as a TCM specialist in Switzerland since 2014.
Dr. Bin Ma has been practising traditional Chinese medicine in China, Japan and Switzerland for over 42 years and specialises in the treatment of musculoskeletal complaints, acute/chronic pain in the head, neck, shoulders and back, rheumatic and neurological diseases, cardiovascular complaints, gynaecological complaints, allergies, skin diseases and urological diseases.
Dr.med.Bin Ma is recognised by NVS /EGK/VISANA/ ASCA / EMR with ZSR No. B853360, GLN 760003633832.

Mrs Grace W. Luo has several years of practical experience in TCM.
Mrs Grace W. Luo has lived in Switzerland since 1999.
In 2013, she also trained in German in Switzerland to become a qualified conventional medical nutritionist and trained as a naturopath at the Biomedica ZH school for TCM.
Since 2015, Mrs Grace W. Luo has been offering nutritional advice in her own practice alongside TCM treatment, which supports the TCM treatment.
Mrs Grace W. Luo is recognised by the health insurance companies with the ZSR no. Y836963 from EMR, ASCA, EGK.

- Treatment
Treatment with traditional Chinese medicine usually takes 60 minutes. Please arrive 20 minutes in advance for the first treatment and fill out a questionnaire. Depending on the illness, 5 to 10 treatments are usually required. There is a pre-appointment system for treatment. If you are unable to come to the clinic for your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance, otherwise we will charge a specific fee. TCM treatments are treatments that are covered by all health insurance companies as part of supplementary insurance for alternative healing methods. Our TCM specialists are registered in the EMR, NVS and personal therapist lists (Visana and EGK) and are therefore recognised by the following health insurance companies for complementary and alternative medicine insurance.Supplementary insurance recognised: Please enquire with your health insurance company before your first treatment, company information regarding cost coverage. a. walk along Bahnhofstrasse for 150 metres until the 1st traffic lights before the Manor building, turn right and you will see the only orange building with 4 floors on the right, the entrance is under the red TCM-MA advertising board on the side of the building.
b. walk along Löwenstrasse in the direction of Migros until you reach Hornergasse on the left, turn in, the entrance is on the side with Honergasse 13, by the red advertising board
◆With the bus/tram
a. Take the bus to the bus stop Löwenplatz (Bus 33; Tram 3/14; Trollybus 10/31), cross the bridge to Migros and walk another 50 metres until you reach Hornergasse. The entrance is on the side with Honergasse 13 under the red advertising board
b. take the tram 2/9 to the bus stop Sihlstrasse and walk along Uraniastrasse for about 50 metres, on the left side you will see an orange-coloured building, the entrance is on the side with Hornergasse 13 under the red TCM-MA advertising board.
